ESPO – authorized Apple mobile service recommends its services in the field of servicing and preparing iPhones. We carry out repairs both under the Apple warranty – one year limited warranty, as well as the Apple Care Protection Plan. It is also possible to make a paid post-warranty repair, but its price and repair time depend on many factors, such as availability of necessary parts. The equipment withdrawn from the manufacturer’s technical service will not be subjected to repairs (for models older than 5 years). Our service engineers will undertake repairs only after agreeing on its price with the customer. In the event of withdrawal from it, the owner of the device bears the cost of diagnosis in the amount of PLN 100 gross. The owner of the telephone has 30 days after being notified about the readiness of the device to pick the device up. Each subsequent day of delay results in an additional fee of PLN 1 net. The service does not return replacement parts. If the customer demands it, the repair cost can increase by at least 30%.
