Payable post-warranty repairs for all Apple devices
ESPO provides payable post-warranty repair services to all Apple customers, taking into consideration that:
- Repair time depends on spare parts availability.
- We do not accept devices which were withdrawn by Apple (older than 5 years).
- Every payable post-warranty repair is consulted with the client regarding the cost and repair time. If the client resigns, ESPO will charge 100 PLN (including taxes) for diagnosis.
- If client would not collect his or her Apple device within 30 days of receiving information that the device has been repaired, ESPO will charge storage fee (1 PLN per day, including taxes).
- The repaired device will be returned to the client only after payment for service.
- ESPO does not return replaced parts of repaired devices. The client can request the return, but should be aware that the total cost of service may be increased by at least 30%.

In the European Union, Apple customers are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase. The benefits conferred by Apple’s One Year Limited Warranty or AppleCare Protection Plan are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by consumer protection laws and regulations.
